1.1 Domestic Shipping (UAE)
We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates including:
- Dubai and surrounding areas
- Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Sharjah and Northern Emirates
- Remote areas (additional charges may apply)
1.2 International Shipping
We ship to select international locations:
- GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
- Other Middle East countries (subject to restrictions)
- Europe and North America (for select products)
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
2.1 Standard Delivery (UAE)
- Cost: Free for orders over AED 500, AED 25 for smaller orders
- Timeframe: 2-4 business days
- Coverage: All major cities and towns
2.2 Express Delivery (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
- Cost: AED 50
- Timeframe: Next business day
- Cutoff: Orders placed before 2 PM
2.3 Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)
- Cost: AED 75
- Timeframe: Same day (4-8 hours)
- Cutoff: Orders placed before 12 PM
- Availability: Subject to stock and location
2.4 International Shipping
- GCC Countries: 3-7 business days, starting from AED 100
- Other regions: 7-14 business days, rates calculated at checkout

- Basic builds: 3-5 business days
- Complex builds: 5-10 business days
- Specialty builds: 10-15 business days

5. Delivery Information
5.1 Address Requirements
- Complete and accurate delivery address
- Working phone number for delivery coordination
- Building/apartment access instructions if needed
5.2 Delivery Attempts
- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
- 24-hour notice before each attempt
- Alternative pickup location if delivery fails
5.3 Signature Requirements
- Orders over AED 2000 require signature
- High-value electronics require ID verification
- Alternative recipient arrangements can be made
