2.2 Custom Built Systems

Custom-built computers have a 7-day return period due to their personalized nature and cannot be resold as new.

2.3 Software and Digital Products

Software and digital products are generally non-returnable once activated or downloaded, except in cases of defect or compatibility issues.

To be eligible for return, products must:
