4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Gamebity. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of order placement unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept:

6.1 Specifications
Custom build specifications are finalized during our consultation process. Changes after build commencement may incur additional fees.
6.2 Timeline
Build times are estimates and may vary based on component availability and complexity. We will notify you of any significant delays.
7. Warranties
7.1 Manufacturer Warranties
All products come with applicable manufacturer warranties. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms.
7.2 Service Warranty
Our custom build and service work is warranted for one year from completion date, covering labor and proper assembly.
8. Technical Support
Technical support is provided for products and services purchased from Gamebity. Support includes:
- Installation assistance
- Configuration support
- Troubleshooting guidance
- Warranty claim assistance
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamebity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
